Transcript Request

Transcript definitions:

Initial transcripts

  • Initial transcripts show grades through Junior year and are generally sent September through December as college applications are submitted.
  • Students need to request transcripts through Naviance as well as make a payment of $3 per school on MySchoolBucks.com.

Midyear transcripts

  • Midyear transcripts include grades through first semester of Senior year and are usually available to send during the last week of January.
  • A transcript request should be submitted in Naviance.
  • Midyear transcripts will be sent automatically by post grad for all students who have previously requested initial transcripts; No additional payment is necessary.

Final transcripts

  • Final transcripts include Final grades received throughout high school and diploma date.
  • Once you have committed to an institution, go under the “colleges I am applying to” tab and mark your college in the “College that I'm Attending” dropdown.
  • ‘District Graduation Survey’ must be completed in Naviance before Senior Checkout.
  • LHS will automatically send one final transcript for students who successfully complete the graduation survey.
     

Current Student Official Transcript Request

If you are a current student or parent, you can order transcripts through MySchoolBucks.com; specify where the transcript needs to be sent in order form. If ordering for the NCAA, list that on the order form as well. If multiple schools are being applied to, each transcript is $3 and several transcripts must be ordered. Multiple transcripts can be ordered in the one MySchoolBucks transaction; just list all schools in the order form. In addition, your student must request a transcript directly within Naviance.

Requesting and Paying For Official Transcripts

Step 1

  • Log in to  MySchoolBucks.com > Select School Store
  • Select Browse Items
  • Scroll until you find the Transcript button
  • Click on View Details
  • Click on Buy Now
  • Complete All Fields
    • If applying via Common App (CA), place all schools into the CA section and include deadlines next to each college name. If not applying using CA, write NONE.
    • If applying via Direct to Institution, place all schools into the Non-Common App section and include deadlines next to each college name. If not applying using Direct to Institution, write NONE.
    • If you need a transcript for a scholarship, place it in the Scholarship section, along with the email address to send the transcript.
    • Be sure that you understand to which deadline you are applying.
  • Early Decision plans are binding: A student who is accepted as an

  • Early Decision applicant Must attend the college.
  • Early Action plans are nonbinding: Students receive an early response to their application but do not have to commit to the college until the normal application deadline of May 1st. 
  • Regular Decision plans are nonbinding: applications must be submitted by a certain date.
  • Rolling Admission plans are nonbinding: institutions review applications as they are submitted during admission cycle.
    •  Mark “Waiver Fee” if applicable

  • A fee waiver may be granted to students who demonstrate financial need, allowing them to have certain school-related or college application fees reduced or waived. Check in with our Bookkeeper if you are unsure if you qualify.
    • Place the names of All teachers from whom you’ve requested a Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
    • Type your Full Name for Signature
    • Add up total number of schools/transcripts needing to be sent and place in the Quantity Box
  • Hit "Add to Basket"
  • Complete the payment screen There is a $3.00 fee for each transcript request to cover school costs to send your transcripts. Documents will not be sent until the payment is received AND request is made through NAVIANCE (see Step 2 below)

Step 2

  • Log in to Naviance using your school account.
  • Within Naviance; Navigate to the "Colleges I'm Applying To" section.
  • Add the colleges you're applying to, selecting the correct application type (e.g., Early Decision, Regular Decision, etc.) and indicate if you have submitted your application.
  • Find the plus symbol that says "Request Transcripts" in upper right corner.
  • Click on box for type of transcript; Initial, Mid-year or Final. Then, select the schools you need a transcript sent to.
  • Click the "Done" button and then the "Request and Finish" button. 

Once both steps are completed, the transcript will be sent directly to the designated colleges.

Current Unofficial Transcript Request

All students have access to their unofficial transcript in Infinite Campus under the "Documents" dropdown by choosing “portal transcript”.

Ordering a Transcript through ACC:

Arapahoe Community College authorizes Parchment to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of your official ACC transcripts. First-time account set up required. You’ll need to provide:

  • Enrollment Status
  • Name, Birth Date, and last four digits of your Social Security Number
  • Student ID Number (if known)
  • Email Address
  • Current Mailing Address and Phone Number
